Dr. Louis M. Luna DC, FNP-C , founder of Blue Line Medical, brings over 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare and public service. A former Chicago police officer/instructor (24+years), Army combat medic, and Iraq War veteran, Dr. Luna has a unique understanding of the physical and mental challenges faced by first responders, military personnel, and city workers. His background as a Doctor of Chiropractic and Family Nurse Practitioner, along with board certifications from AANP and AAOPM in pain management, puts him more than capable as a provider to his patients. Dr. Luna’s dedication to improving patient outcomes with wholistic regenerative care guides the mission of Blue Line Medical. A compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures that each individual receives personalized, effective care designed to improve health and enhance quality of life.
About Dr. Thom Lobe
Dr. Thom Lobe, Chief Medical Officer of L2 Bio, is a leading expert in autologous stem cell banking and regenerative medicine. A Baltimore native, his early battle with Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease ignited his passion for medicine. He earned his medical degree Cum Laude from the University of Maryland and trained at Johns Hopkins, the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, The Ohio State University, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Lobe has held key leadership roles at the University of Tennessee, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and advanced minimally invasive surgery programs in Iowa. An internationally recognized surgeon, educator, and researcher, he has authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications and trained more than 40 surgeons worldwide. He holds board certification in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine and currently serves as a Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois.
